FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash and checks

REGISTRATION FEE: We charge a one time registration fee of $50.  This fee is payable at the time of enrollment and will not be charged again unless you take your child out and need to re-enroll your child.

TUITION: The weekly tuition is due on Mondays.  Tuition can be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.  If payment or arrangements for payment have not been made by Tuesday, $5 will be added for each day it is late.  We do offer a $5/week discount if two full time children from the same family are enrolled.

Infants:  $175/week

Toddlers:  $170/week

Two's:    $165/week

Pre-K:  $160/week

Before and After School:  $80/week (Snow days, holidays, etc are an additional $13/day)

Summer Camp: $150/week

HOURS OF OPERATION: Infant Room 5:30am-5:30pm, All other rooms 5:30am-6:00pm

Please remember we have a 10 a.m. cut off

SCHOOLS: Schools that we service are: Hazelwood, Barkers Mill, West Creek, and Pisgah!

HOLIDAYS:  No credit is given for tuition on scheduled center holidays.  These days are pro-rated throughout the year. This is done to keep weekly tuition costs down and avoid an annual fee.  Weekly tuition always remains the same.

JULY 4TH- FOURTH OF JULY

SEPT 4TH- LABOR DAY

NOV 10TH- VETERAN'S DAY

NOV 23RD AND 24TH- THANKSGIVING

DEC 25TH- 26TH CHRISTMAS

JAN 1ST - NEW YEARS

Family Vacation:  If you have been enrolled in the center for at least 6 months, you will receive one week free vacation per year.

Withdrawals:  We require a two-week written notice in order to withdraw your child.  Tuition is due during those two weeks.
